Debit and Credit cards have now overtaken cash as the UK's preferred payment mechanism, with this trend continuing to increase in momentum. Whilst the credit squeeze of the recent recession may have invoked payment switching to debit, or paying off the credit card balance each month, our appetite for plastic is not diminishing.

All areas of the market including Card Issuers, Prepaid, Debit and Credit are being affected by a wide range of challenges. These range from new regulation and changing profitability levers and drivers, through to increased competition and the affordability and relevancy of loyalty/reward programmes.

Recent Projects

Working closely with Bluerock Consulting, we have built a strong reputation in the cards & payments market and have a number of top tier clients in this sector. Recent project examples range from managing a major migration programme for a credit card provider following their acquisition of a card portfolio, through to launching a leading loyalty scheme launch for one of the UK's largest credit card providers. We also work internationally with Bluerock Italia to provide local language speakers for a range of projects based across Europe.
